๐Ÿ‘ easy and tasty peach cobbler ๐Ÿ‘

This is one delicious peach cobbler that will melt in your mouth! It is nice and fluffy, and so quick and easy to whip up. It literally takes me 10 minutes to make! Pop it in the oven, put your timer on 40-50 minutes, and forget about it.ย  Just get ready for some rave comments.

Miriam just asked me today to make it, and I donโ€™t know why I don’t make it more often since it is so quick to make and oh so tasty. I keep canned sliced peaces in my pantry at all times specifically for this peach cobbler recipe. I always make a double batch since one is never enough. So if you like it as much as we do, just double the ingredients below, and add 10 more minutes of baking time (total of 50 min). You can add cinnamon if you wish on top, but we like ours plain and peachy ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

  • ๐Ÿ‘ย 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ๐Ÿ‘ย 3/4 cup white sugar

  • ๐Ÿ‘ย 4 cups sliced peaches (fresh / canned and drained)
  • ๐Ÿ‘ย 1 teaspoons of sugar
  • ๐Ÿ‘ย Butter (to grease baking dish)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375ยบ F (or 190ยบ C). Grease with butter a 11×17 inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl whisk flour, baking powder, milk and sugar until well combined. Slowly pour melted butter, stirring well to combine.
  3. Arrange peaches in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with the 2 teaspoons of sugar. Cover peaches with the batter. Do not stir.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes, or until brown and bubbly (50 minutes for double batch).

Serve warm as is, or with some whipped cream on top, or a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side. Pure bliss!
